CityMash.com - This weekend, Feb 3rd to 5th, the Vancouver Convention Centre turns up the heat as it hosts “Taboo – The Naughty but Nice Sex Show”. An upscale adults only event, Taboo promotes romance, respect, and exploration in relationships.
Hosted in the VECC East Building Halls B & C, the three-day event is a combination of exhibition, seminars, entertainment and competition.
The halls are packed with over 80 exhibitors with companies ranging from Boudoir Photographers and body painters to whisky beard oils and vodkas so if you are shy and are worried about an explicit atmosphere – do not fear, it is friendly fun and relaxed.
Of course, it is not called the naughty but nice show for nothing. Exhibitors also include sellers of restraint equipment, sex toys, and erotic clothing all of which are available at the show or online.
The seminar theatre is taken over by Dr Teesha Morgan, a well known and trusted sex therapist and couples counsellor. Dr Morgan will deliver seminars on subjects ranging from “5 Ways to Kickstart a Lacklustre Lovelife” to “Embarrassing Sex Questions? Top Q & A”

Entertainment at the show begins at 5 pm on Friday and is included in the price of your admission ticket. Shows range from Desire & Temptation resorts – win a Cancun Vacation to Body Heat – an all-male dance review.
If you are not the inhibited type, you can join in one of the competitions. Taboo is hosting the Tantra Fitness Miss Pole Dance Taboo for beginners and professionals, the “Got Ass” contest Vancouver Semi Finals.
