12 Things to Do in Vancouver this Weekend – Feb 17-19, 2017

Posted on February 16, 2017 - Well, it looks like we’re back to the rain.

After our final snow dumping, it seems Vancouver has finally returned to the wet winter we all know and love. But now that the rain is back, we’re nostalgic for the snow covered city, frozen lakes turned ice rinks and ability to make a snowman in our backyard. We just can’t win!

Despite the rain and whatever else Mother Nature wants to throw at us, there’s still lots going on this weekend. And even though this was a short week, it still feels like it took the weekend forever to get here. But it’s finally here and there is lots to do in Vancouver!

Visit Science World After Dark

This season’s Science World After Dark event features their new exhibit Quantum. Quantum is the first-ever travelling show on quantum information science and technology. Sounds like a lot of brainiac stuff to us but when coupled with a few glasses of wine at the adults only After Dark event, we’re sure the learning will be lots of fun. You can also catch the Voyage of Time in Science World’s OmniMax Theatre.
